Terms of Sale

For the digital guide “Your First AI-Animated Short”. Effective 31 October 2026.

1. Seller and agreement

1.1. The seller is Olga Grida, a self-employed creator registered under the Russian professional income tax regime (“Seller”). Contact: gridulja@mail.ru.

1.2. By completing payment, the buyer (“Buyer”) accepts these Terms of Sale.

2. Digital product

2.1. The product is the English-language PDF guide “Your First AI-Animated Short” (“Guide”).

2.2. The purchase grants one Buyer a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Guide.

2.3. The Buyer may not resell, publish, upload, share or distribute the Guide or substantial parts of it.

3. Price and payment

3.1. The current price is displayed on the checkout page. The international launch price is USD 9 unless a different price is shown before payment.

3.2. Payment is processed by Prodamus. The Buyer’s bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion rate or fees.

3.3. The Seller does not receive or store full bank-card details.

4. Delivery

4.1. After successful payment confirmation, the Buyer receives access to the Guide on the confirmation page and by email.

4.2. The Buyer is responsible for entering a valid email address and saving the downloaded file.

4.3. If the email does not arrive or the link fails, the Buyer should contact gridulja@mail.ru. The Seller will resend access after verifying the order.

5. Digital delivery, cancellation and refunds

5.1. By checking the consent box at checkout, the Buyer expressly requests immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledges that any statutory withdrawal right may end once access is provided, where applicable.

5.2. Before digital access is provided, the Buyer may request cancellation by emailing gridulja@mail.ru.

5.3. If the supplied file is corrupted or cannot be opened, the Seller will provide a working copy. If that is not possible, the payment will be refunded.

5.4. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded in the Buyer’s country.

6. Third-party tools and results

6.1. Subscriptions, credits and generations in Nano Banana, Seedance, ChatGPT and other third-party services are not included in the Guide price.

6.2. Third-party interfaces, prices and model behavior may change. The Guide teaches a workflow but does not guarantee a specific creative, financial, audience or platform result.

7. Intellectual property

7.1. The text, structure, templates and original visual materials in the Guide remain the Seller’s intellectual property.

7.2. The Buyer retains rights to their own characters and work created using the Guide, subject to the terms of the AI services they choose.

8. Personal data

8.1. Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing terms

9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Seller in the Russian Federation, without removing any mandatory consumer protection that applies to the Buyer.

9.2. Questions and complaints should first be sent to gridulja@mail.ru so the parties can try to resolve them directly.
