Olga Grida, a self-employed creator, operates en.gridulja.ru. Privacy questions can be sent to gridulja@mail.ru.

We do not receive or store your full card number, security code or online-banking credentials. Payment details are processed by Prodamus and its acquiring partners under their own privacy terms.

- to send and restore access to the purchased Guide;
- to answer support requests and prevent payment or download abuse;
- to meet tax, accounting and legal obligations.
5. Legal basis
We process order data because it is necessary to perform the purchase contract and meet legal obligations. Support correspondence is processed to respond to your request and protect legitimate business interests.
6. Sharing and service providers
Data may be processed by Prodamus for payment, Beget for hosting and email delivery, and public authorities when disclosure is legally required. We do not sell personal data.
